When he’s not at the helm of G&D, you can usually find Justin enjoying the great outdoors, fly fishing, backpacking or just spending time with his family. When asked what his greatest accomplishment is, he always says, “Raising my three beautiful daughters.” His family values and business acumen have been and continue to be essential to the success of G&D and our clients.

For Andy, the single most satisfying aspect of his job is the successful completion of a project for a client, which makes coming to work every day a reward. When he isn’t being rewarded in his work, he enjoys spending time out in nature or you also might catch him on the dance floor break dancing. His dream vacation is soaking up the sun in Belize while casting his line fly fishing with a perfectly chilled, craft brew on-hand.

Scott’s teammates describe him as wise, affable and friendly. He’s known for being adventurous rock climbing any chance he gets.

Outside of work, he likes climbing, running and hiking. His dream vacation would be getting dropped off on the Ruth Glacier in Alaska and climb his face off for a month or so.

John’s teammates describe him as confident, passionate and incredibly goal oriented. He’s known as a problem solver always finding a way to make it happen.

He enjoys the challenges that pop up on a day to day basis giving him the opportunity to find solutions. He likes the curve balls. The custom design and implementation of new or unique components has always been something he enjoys. Seeing the team come together to take an idea to full blown production is so satisfying.

Aside from work, John has spent his entire life with his dad and grandpa in the mountains learning to hunt, fish and track and trap. Waterfowl hunting has become one of his greatest passions that eats up as much free time and money as he can give. He shares his knowledge of the outdoors with his wife Sydney, and 4-year-old daughter Cecilia. When asked what his greatest accomplishment was, he said “becoming a dad has been the coolest thing I have ever done.”

Cammie’s teammates describe her as a driven, confident, leader. She’s known for going above and beyond to learn new things and great at multi-tasking to help keep things running smoothly in the office.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, camping, traveling and spending time with her family. Her greatest accomplishment is her kids. She says, “life just wouldn’t be the same without them.”

When asked what her dream vacation would be, she said “A month in the Mediterranean or a couple weeks in Bora Bora, both on my bucket list.”

In his spare time, Paul likes to be outdoors or playing guitar. His ideal vacation would be getting away from the details spending a month playing it by ear in the Caribbean. When asked who his hero is he says, “George Washington because he was honest and humble.”

When not working at G&D, Seth loves spending his time with his 13-year-old daughter Payten and attending her various sporting events. He also lives on his family’s working Century farm (Est 1902) where he can be found maintaining and fixing equipment, in the middle of construction projects, or on a tractor.

In the office, Seth enjoys making people laugh and often can find himself trying to prank his friends at work. Seth is an amazing cook and shows off his culinary skills and just won first place at our annual G&D Chili Cook-off.

There are a number of aspects about G&D that Tim appreciates. There is a drive to continuously improve, a willingness to take on custom projects, and strong sense of commitment to the customer. Tim’s teammates describe him as driven, detail-oriented, and always striving to get the job done right.

Outside of work, Tim spends most of his time with his wife and their two sons. He is an avid runner and really enjoys snowboarding. Supposedly Tim has been spotted singing karaoke at a local sports bar on Friday nights as well; however, these sightings are unconfirmed, the investigation is ongoing, and he did not respond to our request for comment prior to the publication of this story.

Sarah’s teammates describe her as positive, cheerful, and hard-working. She is known for her sense of humor and ability to relate and make friends with everyone. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking. She grew up in a family-owned Mexican food restaurant in Eugene, and her passion for feeding people is one of her favorite things to do. She loves to cook for the staff and share her favorite recipes with the office.

When asked what her greatest accomplishment has been, she responded, “My kids are my greatest accomplishment…My oldest daughter is a senior at the University of Oregon and the first of the girls in my family to attend college. So proud of her. My Son was born with a heart defect and has won life after multiple major heart surgeries. A true miracle child. I have three bonus stepkids that I get to help raise and love every minute of the journey that my husband and I get with our combined 5 kids!”

When’s he’s not at G&D, he enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, bible study and learning about history. When asked what his greatest accomplishment is, he responded, “Michele and I supporting our daughters endeavors and watching them graduate from college.”

When asked where he’d like to vacation next, Ed hopes to go to Venice, Italy with his family. He lived and worked in Europe for a few years and hopes to make it back there one day.
