Hey everybody, this is John McCoy Production Manager here at G&D Chillers. I’m going to run through what it takes to control the temperature on your vessels. There’s two really common ways to do this. Both of them include a thermostat with a sensor just like this. This goes in the thermal well of your vessel. And the controller is going to be tied in either to a solenoid valve such as this, it just opens and closes based off the temperature this is reading, or an actuated ball valve like this one. That’s just an on or off. When it receives power, it opens. When it loses power, it closes. Both are very viable ways to ensure that you’re maintaining a constant temperature in your tanks. Contact Us
