When would I need heat? (Justin)

So, one of the great things with this Fire & Ice unit, that’s made it so popular over the years, is the fact that it’s able to heat– the Fire & Ice. And so it does have a small chiller function in it, but it also has the heating capabilities.

And a lot of wineries will need the need for heat during if you’re bringing in grapes and it’s cold and can’t get fermentation started, this is great to help kick start fermentation. Also, if you’re doing any cold soaks on your reds and you need to warm up those tanks afterwards for fermentation, you can use this heater as well. Also, we find a lot of people using it to heat tanks prior to bottling so they don’t get condensation. It’s a very, very versatile tool.

We build this unit as the Fire & Ice that chills and heats. We also build the same unit, looks almost identical to this, that’s a heating only unit that can be used in conjunction with a larger chiller that you may already have.

And then we build two versions of a natural gas and propane version that’s a stationary, more industrial sized heating unit for large scale production.
