G&D Chillers

+

Ingersol Rand Logo

G&D Chillers designs and manufactures process and industrial cooling systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled platforms and our low-GWP Elite series featuring natural refrigerants with near-zero global warming potential, all engineered and run-tested at our Oregon facility before they leave the building.

G&D Chillers remains the same trusted brand, now backed by the additional resources, engineering expertise, and global reach of Ingersoll Rand. It’s how we build – full run-testing on every unit, quality components with no shortcuts, and a refusal to ship anything we wouldn’t put our name on. It’s how our engineers have worked for three decades, and it’s exactly what Ingersoll Rand’s manufacturing footprint and supply chain now let us do at a bigger scale, for bigger jobs, with tighter lead times.

Did Ingersoll Rand buy G&D Chillers?

Yes. The G&D Chillers acquisition added us to Ingersoll Rand's (NYSE: IR) portfolio of industrial technology brands. The move expands what we can offer customers — it doesn't change how we build chillers.

What does the Ingersoll Rand acquisition mean for G&D Chillers?

G&D Chillers continues to design, build, and run-test chillers exactly as we always have, now backed by Ingersoll Rand. Same engineering team, same Oregon facility, same standards we've held since 1993.

Will G&D Chillers support continue?

Without interruption. If you've worked with a G&D applications engineer or service technician before, you're still working with that same person. Parts, technical support, and warranty coverage all continue exactly as they were.

What is the G&D Chillers warranty policy?

New equipment is covered for 12 months from initial operation (not to exceed 18 months from shipment), with parts and services separately warrantied for 6 months — full details are in our warranty checklist.

Has anything changed at G&D Chillers?

G&D Chillers is part of the Ingersoll Rand family. Same name, same team, same commitment to keeping your product cold. If anything changed, it's that we have more engineering and manufacturing muscle behind us.

Who bought G&D Chillers?

Ingersoll Rand, a Fortune 500 company and global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, acquired G&D Chillers to strengthen its industrial cooling capabilities.
