Justin Thomas started working as an apprentice engineer in 1993, soon after G&D was founded, learning the refrigeration trade under the tutelage of a 40-year veteran. Quickly becoming adept in all areas of the business, Justin was soon diligently fabricating, welding, selling and distributing products across the country. A major part of his success has been his ability to establish strong and honest relationships with his clients, helping them to solve their cooling issues and, even more importantly, supporting them from beginning to end.
When he’s not at the helm of G&D, you can usually find Justin enjoying the great outdoors, fly fishing, backpacking or just spending time with his family. When asked what his greatest accomplishment is, he always says, “Raising my three beautiful daughters.” His family values and business acumen have been and continue to be essential to the success of G&D and our clients.
