What Temp Should My Chiller Be Set To?

We can build and design a chiller to run at any temperature with any application you may need. Some of the most common set points are for the brewery and winery industry. Breweries typically you see set points 28-30. Pay attention if you’re brewing a low gravity beer, as freezing may occur. It is very important to keep those set points in line. In wineries, it is typically 30-35, unless you are cold stabilizing, you generally see a set point of 18°F. Please contact us at the office for any questions on your set points of your chiller.
